We want customers to stay with us because they love what we do for them We don’t want customers to stay with us because they have already paid, and feel they are trapped.
If you would like to claim a refund for services you have paid for, please contact us and explain what you would are requesting and why. Your request must reach us in writing either via fax, mail, or e-mail. Your request will be evaluated internally and we will reach out to you to try and come to a resolution. We reserve to the right to make determinations without providing reasons to you.
Customers who do not follow our Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
